About This Game You open your eyes, slowly and painfully, as a dull throb pounds inside your skull. All around you is darkness accompanied by an overwhelming silence. There is a weight in your lap as you squint into the darkness revealing nothing but what seems to be the hospital bed you are lying in and the cold, metallic glint of a flashlight's metal casing. You reach down anxiously, taking the flashlight in hand and trying to take comfort in its ambient glow. Your surroundings reveal nothing. A room. Cold. Dark. Lonely. "Caution: This bunker has been evacuated. All occupants are instructed to make their way to their nearest assigned exit and to follow the instructions of security. Caution..." It repeats its soulless instruction and the sickly feeling of dread coils in your stomach as you take your first steps forward. Your thoughts struggle to make sense in your head but instinct tells you that things are about to get worse... Finding your way out of the bunker will not be as easy as you think; defended by numerous security systems, your journey is going to be a dangerous one. Sure, you could try to activate the shutdown sequences... As long as you can solve the puzzles required to do so. You are alone. Defenseless. Confused. But then, for you, it was always this way... About Countless Rooms of Death: Countless Rooms of Death is a puzzle / adventure game with a horror atmosphere. There are no weapons or real enemies; instead, we aim to bully your mind. Your own mind. a09c17d780 Title: Countless Rooms of DeathGenre: Adventure, IndieDeveloper:HCP GamesPublisher:HCPGamesRelease Date: 20 Feb, 2014 Countless Rooms Of Death Download Xbox 360 Iso The game seems like it should still be in alpha. There are many textures that seemed lazy, such as the yellow\/black maps to avoid fire rooms. You can also clip inside any object that moves around the room. The game looks like a bad garrysmod map.Aside from those issues, the games atmosphere never really hooked me. It attempts to be "spooky" in most rooms and it just isn't. There is also no clear objective to the game.Definitely save your money on this one.. The options menu Is dreadful. The game its self feels unbelievably repetitive after you walk throught the fifth door or so. Not worth the Price. Don't buy this unless you don't mind losing out.. This is an incomplete game..You keep going through doors..to chambers (rooms)& you keep on visiting the same rooms...0\/10 Dev(s) need(s) a high 5 on his\/them face(s). Haven't played long into it, but regardless of no weapons or enemies, if you immerse yourself into the atmosphere, you can still get spooked by the psychological aspects of it. Only issue I have is the game seems to frameskip which is quite odd.. I'm only giving this a positive review because I think the current negtive ones aren't fair. The game is a small indie project and isn't an asset flip, there is a decent amount of work that went into this - including a handful of levels. The horror and atmosphere aspects of the game are decent for its pricetag. Exploring was fun\/interesting for the most part, I recommend drawing your own map as you go.The jump scares are reasonable, the creepiness level is fairly well maintained. The puzzles were atrociously bad. A couple were done right but the rest were frustrating and just bad....like "BAD" bad to the point where they rip the enjoymentright out of you.. No settings, windowed mode, i did not like the graphics(seemed to me old), could not get into the mood of the game, pointless walks without some information to guide me somehow. It was not a pleasant experience, so i quit trying. I do not recommend this game.
